Description

AS04DA-A is a 4-channel analog output module for Delta AS series PLCs, providing 0~10V voltage and 0~20mA/4~20mA current output with 12-bit D/A conversion and fast response. It features 2500V AC optical isolation, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection and low-ripple output to safely drive inverters, proportional valves, servo drives, regulators and positioners. The module supports linear ramp output, synchronous control and real-time fault feedback to meet complex closed-loop control requirements. Its industrial-grade design ensures reliable operation from -10°C to 60°C with high resistance to humidity, vibration and dust. It is extensively applied in hydraulic control systems, temperature control equipment, chemical batching systems, printing machinery, plastic injection molding machines and food processing equipment. By delivering stable and accurate analog control signals, it improves product quality, process stability, production efficiency and system safety while lowering failure rates and maintenance costs.
